Selling your home can be a stressful and painstaking experience but it doesn't have to be so.

If you enlist me to sell your home or property, the process will go something like this:

I will first provide you a written Comparative Market Analysis.  This report will show you how many homes have sold in your area in the last 180 day s, sales price for each, price/square foot, and time on market - that is, how long the house was listed before being sold.  This will facilitate pricin g your home abiding fair market value.

I will perform a walk-through of your property and provide honest and candid feedback.  I will suggest any improvements which may assist in the sale of your home.  It's so often times the little things such as a well-groomed lawn, the addition of a flower pot or two, or improved curb appeal that ma ke all the difference in the buyer's first impression.

I will enter your property in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) where it will be visible to thousands of real estate salespeople.  This listing wil l include a professional photo of your property.

A sign will be placed in your yard advertising your property "For Sale".  Attached to the sign is a tube containing marketing fliers available to pe destrians and passers by.  They contain property descriptions, photographs, and advertisement to aid in marketing your home.

Your property will be advertised in the local paper and promoted on this web site.

Within the first month, I will put your home on the area realtors' tour.  This will provide even greater exposure to other agents who will also prov ide you and I with constructive feedback following their visit.

I will keep in touch with you weekly however, I'm available to you at all times should a question or issue arise.

When an offer has been submitted, I will give you a written Seller's Proceeds Worksheet.  This will give you an estimate of the money you will recei ve at closing.  Should you elect to accept the offer, I will manage the process for you through close of escrow.

A wise friend once told me, "When I hire an agent, I don't want someone to list my house - I want someone to sell my house.". This statement echoes my s entiments and values.
